If you’ve never seen a Grounds for Sculpture wedding then you’re in for a treat! This sculpture park and museum is in central New Jersey (Hamilton). The epic landscaping is very reminiscent of Longwood Gardens. The added twist is that there are magnificent sculptures around every corner! This makes for quite a unique wedding venue in Central New Jersey. Each and every guest was in awe of the backdrop for such a beautiful wedding.

Paisley and Joe made the process so much fun. When we first heard they were planning a Grounds for Sculpture engagement session we were so excited. Lincoln and I have visited the Grounds for Sculpture many times with our family, so the opportunity to photograph such a unique engagement session took us over the moon. Make sure you check out that blog post!

Leading up to the Grounds for Sculpture wedding day we had so many ideas running through our heads for bride and groom portrait locations. The really nice thing about the Grounds for Sculpture is that it is a massive 42 acres. So, there was no lack of ideas for locations to use! This is especially true given the changing foliage for each season. Thankfully, we were blessed with absolutely gorgeous weather in May. The wedding ceremony at a location called the Nine Muses. The ceremony backdrop quite perfectly fit Paisley & Joe’s Game of Thrones theme, complete with plenty of music from the show!

For smaller wedding guest counts, the Grounds for Sculpture’s Rat’s is a very popular choice. Paisley & Joe’s very high guest count made the large Seward Johnson Center for the Arts a perfect choice. Catering was provided by the Constellation Culinary Group, the wedding venue’s main partner. As you’ll see, the reception space was absolutely unforgettable. There were endless details showcasing the wonderful cultures of the bride and groom. We had so much fun with the dancing! The wedding cake was especially unique, following the Game of Thrones theme!

we can't wait to hear from you!
